Do your thoughts often overwhelm you?

Did you know that between the ages of 0 and 8, you operated mainly in alpha and theta brainwave states, during which your prefrontal lobe and cortex were still maturing?

This was a time when you absorbed everything in your environment like a sponge. If you were surrounded by stress, anger, and negativity, those experiences made a deep impression on you.

A lot of that early programming has taken root in your reactions and therefore still influences your mind today.

To transform your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, one of the most effective approaches is to clear these old belief systems and limiting thought patterns and allowing your brain to be more comfortable with  positive and empowering beliefs.

Limiting beliefs can adversely affect many areas of your life, such as:

  1. Reduced Creativity
    They can block your ability to tap into your true potential and recognize your talents.
  2. Lowered Self-Confidence
    These beliefs can diminish your self-esteem and confidence.
  3. Diminished Psychological Wellbeing
    They are often linked to poorer overall mental health.
  4. Strained Relationships
    Limiting beliefs can create barriers to intimacy, trust, and vulnerability in your relationships.
  5. Self-Sabotage
    They may lead to negative behaviours that reinforce feelings of worthlessness.
  6. Disorganization
    These beliefs can leave you feeling stuck and prevent you from living a fulfilling life.
  7. Decreased Productivity
    Limiting beliefs can overshadow your strengths and reduce your overall effectiveness.
