Kinesiology formed an important foundation in Amanda’s holistic journey and continues to influence the calm, intuitive, and whole-person approach she brings to her work today.
Amanda began studying and working within the field of kinesiology over 30 years ago and later became Head of Health Kinesiology in the UK, teaching and supporting practitioners from 1996 to 2013.
Through this work, she developed a deep understanding of the connection between emotional wellbeing, stress patterns, energy balance, subconscious responses, and the body’s natural ability to communicate imbalance.
Rather than simply focusing on symptoms alone, kinesiology looks at the individual as a whole — recognising that emotional stress, life experiences, belief patterns, environmental influences, and energetic overwhelm can all affect how a person feels physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Over the years, Amanda’s work has naturally evolved and expanded to include a range of emotional, energetic, subconscious, and intuitive approaches. However, the principles learned through kinesiology remain woven throughout everything she does:
- listening to the body and nervous system,
- working gently and respectfully,
- identifying underlying stress patterns,
- and supporting the body back towards greater balance and ease.
Clients often appreciate Amanda’s grounded, compassionate approach and her ability to create a calm, supportive space where they feel heard, safe, and understood.
Her work today integrates decades of holistic experience alongside modalities such as the Emotion Code®, Body Code®, Belief Code®, energetic clearing work, and intuitive support.
A Calm & Individual Approach
Every person is different, which is why sessions are always tailored to the individual rather than following a rigid formula.
Amanda’s aim is not to overwhelm clients with information or techniques, but to gently support clarity, emotional balance, resilience, and alignment in a way that feels safe and manageable for the individual.
